Dance Fit

Dance Fit classes follow a basic format of 10-minute cardio-blast dance intervals alternating with 10-minute strength/toning intervals with a warm-up and cool-down on either end.

Music is loud and full of top-40s, hip-hop, and other infectious beats to keep us fired up throughout class. This is 50 minutes of pure sweaty bliss that’ll trick you into burning some serious calories with a smile.
